Bone Replacements
In 1999, CAM Implants bv started a complete line of synthetic bone substitutes under the brand name of CAMCERAM®. CAMCERAM® is now offered in the form of granules and blocks. These forms feature a bioceramic matrix, which is extremely biocompatible and osteoconductive. The interconnected pores are a prerequisite for bone ingrowth. The CAMCERAM® products can be used for orthopedic and oral/maxillofacial applications.
CAM Implants bv puts a significant portion of its R&D activities into the development of new, innovative bone substitutes that are significant improvements for both patients and surgeons. Our clients can expect new product introductions that will complete the CAMCERAM® product-line in the coming years. CAM Implants will announce the introduction of a new, exciting, bone-replacement product innovation very soon.
